Developer Has Ideas For Former Groton Elementary School: Report
A developer is attempting to drum up interest in a proposal for the site of a former elementary school.
GROTON, CT — A developer is pitching plans for the former S.B. Butler School, The Day of New London reported. The plans include a bed and breakfast, private residence, open space with gardens and trees, and a multi-use recreational park.
Robert D’Agostino of Interamo LLC, a Waterford-based developer, is circulating a petition for his proposal for the property on Ocean View Avenue in Mystic.
