Dr. Belejack is a Connecticut Licensed Naturopathic Physician specializing in treating today’s chronic degenerative conditions and a broad range of health issues using functional/natural medicine. He specializes in the areas of:

• the cardio-diabesity epidemic
• hormone imbalances
• allergies (food and environmental)
• mental/emotional conditions
• pediatric conditions such as ADD/ADHD.

Dr. Belejack is applies a targeted treatment protocol. He accomplishes this by running comprehensive functional blood work and urine panels to provide detailed information about one’s health, where you are now and where your health is possibly heading in the future.

Dr Belejack is an in-network provider with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Connecticare, Cigna, Oxford, and Healthy CT. He is also in-network provider forHusky/Medicaid for patients under age 21. Patient’s responsibility is copay at time of service, coinsurance or deductible based on their contract.
