GROTON, CT — Electric Boat employees were evacuated following a bomb threat against two submarines undergoing repairs at the Groton shipyard, according to The Day. Law enforcement completed a search and by midday employees had returned to their workspaces.

It was unclear how many employees were evacuated. The incident is being investigated by the Naval Criminal Investigative Service, the FBI, and Connecticut State Police, according to The Day.
