DSS Rx-Xpress Bus Coming to Groton Human Services Building

The DSS Rx-Xpress is a CT State Dept of Social Services mobile outreach program that offers information and assistance with applications for State and Federal assistance programs including Medicare, Medicaid, Husky insurance, SNAP/Food Stamps, State Administered General Assistance, Temporary Assistance for Families, etc.  The Rx-Xpress bus is wheelchair accessible and has private work stations with internet access.  Additional space is made available at the Groton Human Services Building for DSS workers to meet with clients during the bus' visit to Groton.  Call 860-441-6760 to make an appopintment for the bus.
