Raptors of Connecticut Hike at Avalonia's Pine Swamp Wildlife Corridor Property

Hike  -  Saturday,  May 7,  from  9 a.m. - 11 a.m. at Avalonia’s Pine Swamp Wildlife Corridor Property in Ledyard, CT-- sponsored by the Avalonia Land Conservancy in cooperation with the Groton Public Library.

Join us outdoors as we hike Avalonia's Pine Swamp Wildlife Corridor property in search of wild raptors.  We will meet at  9 a.m. at the Whalehead Road entrance. Parking is limited at the entrance, but hikers can park around the corner on a nearby side street. A trail map can be found on Avalonia's website www.avalonialandconservancy.org  under “TRAIL MAPS” then “PINE SWAMP.”  To facilitate the search for wild birds, we ask hikers to kindly leave dogs at home.
