Fire Breaks Out At Mystic Home

Police and fire officials are investigating a blaze at a Mystic home last week.

MYSTIC, CT — Police are investigating following a fire at a home in Mystic. Groton Town police responded to the call for a fire at 318 Old Evarts Lane at 11:26 a.m. Friday.

Officers secured the property and blocked access to nearby roads. Firefighters from Mystic Fire Department, Old Mystic Fire Department, Submarine Base Fire Department, Noank Fire Department, Ledyard Fire Department, and Poquonnock Bridge Fire Department extinguished the blaze.

No injuries were reported.
