Ashley Bickel, 20, of 230 Thames St. #2R Groton City was charged with criminal violation of a protective order.

Cynthia Thomas, 52, of 11 High St., #8 Groton City was charged with disorderly conduct.

Jan. 9

Shawn E. O’Leary, 42, of 146 Allen St., #1 Groton City was charged with breach of peace, interfering with an emergency call and three counts of third-degree criminal mischief.

Sean M. Gaskill, 26, of 536 Shennecossett Road, Apt. G, Groton City was charged with first-degree harassment and threatening.

Jan. 10

Nicole N. Scelza, 25, of 157 D St, Groton was charged with driving under the influence.

Johnn R. Negron, 27, of 163 Mather Ave., Groton City was charged with brandishing, carrying and sale of a facsimile gun, risk of injury to a minor and second-degree breach of peace.

Atianna S. Arder, 18, of 91 Baker Ave., Groton City was charged with disorderly conduct.
