Groton Community Job Fair Taking Place This Week
Full-time and part-time positions are available.
GROTON, CT — Job seekers will have an opportunity to meet with representatives from the Board of Education and Town of Groton during the Groton Community Job Fair. The event is scheduled to take place Wednesday, Sept. 18 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Groton Senior Center on Newtown Road.
According to the town website, full-time and part-time positions are available, including drivers, police officers, dispatchers, parks and recreation positions, aides (food, bus, classrooms, childcare), substitute teachers and paraprofessionals.
Onsite interviews will be conducted, and workshops on tips for job interviews, support for developing resumes and assistance with navigating the websites and online application process will also be available.
