The single biggest issue in town is ______, and I plan to do this about it:

While I think there is more than one pressing issue facing the Town of Groton. I do think the handling of COVID-19 is significant at this moment and time. If elected, I intend to continue to provide the support needed to health agencies and our residents during these difficult times. We must continue to have pop-up vaccination and testing clinics around town so that residents can have those resources.

Critical differences between me and my opponents:

One critical difference between other candidates and me is that I am a young passionate individual. I am someone who is eager to put in the work and respectfully work with others who have a difference in opinions.

Accomplishments:

Having experience in management, leadership and government is key to why I can handle the job. Attending Norwich University, you are taught leadership is service before self. There I learned to lead staff and manage the day to day operations. My government experience has shown me how things are run and completed through the many processes. All these experiences combined cite my ability to govern and lead.

Other issues:

I continue to be passionate about economic growth, infrastructure, and community inclusion. We need to continue to bring money into Groton to maintain Groton well into the 21st century. We need to continue infrastructure maintenance alongside resilient coastal infrastructure. We also need to continue supporting and finding ways to include our community in the many assets the Town of Groton has to offer.

What else would you like voters to know about you?

While I am young and seen as new, I want voters to know that I am experienced and ready to take on the challenge as a Town Councilor. We will not agree on everything but rest assured, I will vote with conviction to the best of my ability for Groton.
