Groton Man Charged with 5th OUI
Police said Richard Villeneuve failed to pull over for Massachusetts police; cruisers boxed him in until he stopped.

A Groton man has been charged with his fifth OUI.
Richard Villeneuve, 64, was arrested Sunday in Massachusetts.
Littleton (MA) police said at about 1:30 a.m., Officer Edmond Bussiere was on patrol on Route 495 when he saw Villeneuve driving well under the speed limit and swerving all over the road. Bussiere activated his emergency lights and tried to pull Villeneuve over but he refused, police said. Another Littleton police officer and a Boxborough police officer rushed to the scene and the three officers boxed the driver in until he stopped, police said.
