Groton Nursing Home Fined: Report
The Connecticut Health Investigative Team reports on the incident that led to the fine.

GROTON, CT — A Groton nursing home was among six in Connecticut recently fined by the state Department of Public Health (DPH) for alleged violations, as reported by Connecticut Health-Investigative Team.
According to C-HIT, Fairview was fined $2,030 for not documenting complaints of alleged abuse involving a nurse aid "fully or in a timely manner." Complaints were lodged against the aide in May 2017, claiming the aide was "rough" with some residents in a number of ways.
