Groton Offers Loans In Homeowner Rehab Program
The Town of Groton is offering qualified homeowners favorable loans for rehabilitation.
GROTON, CT — The Town of Groton is accepting applications for its Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program. This provides financial assistance to qualified homeowners.
Deferred loans of up to $35,000 with 0% percent interest are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The funds must be used for needed home improvements such as repairs, heating system replacement, plumbing, and window replacement.
