Groton Officer Saves Life in Mystic

The officer found a victim with no pulse.

Officer Korteweg found a victim unresponsive with no pulse on High Street around 6:30 a.m., according to NBC Connecticut.

He used an automated defibrillator to return the victim’s pulse.
