Groton Outdoor Washington Park Concert Cancelled for Friday

GROTON, CT- The outdoor concert scheduled for Friday in Washington Park has been cancelled due to weather, The Day reported.

Groton Utilities announced Friday afternoon that the performance was called off due to the threat of severe weather, according to The Day. The band Rewind was due to perform at 6:30 p.m. in the park as part of the Concerts in the Park 2016 series.
