Groton Police Arrest Log: Disorderly Conduct, DUI, Breach of Peace

The City of Groton Police Union released the following info on arrests made:

Timothy Castleberry, 27, of 227 Shennecossett Parkway, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Tyler St. Louis, 22, of 154 Mirra Drive, was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Elliot Ono, 60, of 420 Main St. in Agawam, Mass., was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

Bill Dugan, 43, of 44 Oneco St., Norwich, was charged with breach of peace second degree.

Carlos Rhymer, 53, of 65 Nathan Hale Rd., was charged with breach of peace second degree.

David Hebert, 35, of 54 Benham Rd., was charged with failure to renew registration, stop sign violatio and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
