Groton Police Log: Assault; Disorderly Conduct; Threatening

The City of Groton Police Union shared the following arrest information. An arrest does not equal a conviction.

• Malinda Kirkpatrick, 36, of 13 Godfrey Street was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and threatening.

• Joseph Bethune, 34, of 13 Godfrey Street was charged Wednesday with criminal violation of protective order.

• Angel Martinez, 54, of 119 Allen Street was charged Thursday with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, insurance fails minimum requirements, unregistered motor vehicle and failure to have tail lights.

• William Tafoya, 71, of 224 Elm Street Apartment 103 West Haven was charged Thursday with unregistered motor vehicle, traveling fast and insurance fails minimum requirements.

• Paul Joseph, 49, of 49 Louise Street Waterford was charged Friday with operating a motor vehicle with suspended insurance.

• William Wicknick, 60, of 210 Baker Avenue Extension was charged Friday with assault second degree.

• Daniel Delvalle Jr., 27, of 198 Thames Street was charged Friday with operating with a suspended license and failure to keep right of road.

• Shawn Tyson Jr., 24, of 12 Gregory Road Apartment F Norwich was charged Friday with failure to pay or plea.
