Groton Police Log: Boating Under the Influence, DUI, Breach of Peace

Post from City of Groton Police Union:

• Joanna Cowden, 26, of 156 Dartmouth Drive was charged Friday with operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and speeding.

• William Wicknick, 30, of 210 Baker Avenue Extension was charged Friday with failure to appear second degree.

• Joseph Gorham, 49, of 390 Long Hill Road was charged Friday with breach of peace.

• Andrew Vomastek, 59, of 49 Straits Road Chester was charged Friday with boating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.

• Marcy Lombardi, 44, of 43 Allen Street Apartment 1 was charged Friday with evading responsibility, failure to renew license and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

• Robert Morales, 38, of 255 Nicholas Street New Britain was charged Friday with operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, criminal trespass first degree, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and improper use of marker plates.
