Groton Police Log: Possession of Marijuana; Credit Card Theft; Evasion
The police log was released on Monday, Oct. 20, 2014.

The following arrests were reported by the City of Groton Police Union.
- Tevin Winston, 22, of 5 Old Fort Lane Ledyard was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana less than half ounce and failure to have lights lit.
- Eleni Pagan, 18, of 147 Crystal Avenue Apartment A New London was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
- Jason Wing, 21, of 650 Noank Road Groton was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, evading and failure to drive right.
- Jeffrey Pascal, 51, of 6 William Street Waterford was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
- Jamie Ganley, 21, of 47 Parkwood Street Baltic was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and insurance coverage fails minimum requirements.
- Irena Baze, 68, of 176 Starr Court Norwich was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
- Jason Hill, 46, of 78 Smith Street was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
- William Anglim, 34, of 28 Gurley Road East Lyme was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, two counts of risk of injury and possession of controlled substance.
- John Carrasquillo, 32, of 239 Nautilus Drive Apartment 3 New London was charged with breach of peace.
- Marci Lombardi, 44, of 43 Allen Street was charged with credit card theft, illegal use of a credit card, larceny fourth degree, and receipt of money/goods by illegal credit card.
- Paul Jennings, 35, of 30 Kamaha Street was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
- Anibal Crespo, 23, of 107 Benham Apartment 22 was charged with four counts of failure to appear first degree, larceny sixth degree, criminal attempt, larceny fourth degree, illegal use of a credit card and receipt of money/goods by credit card.
