Groton Police Make Arrests for Disorderly Conduct, Breach of Peace Charges
Police released their week-in-review and listed nine arrests.

The City of Groton Police Union shared its week-in-review on Wednesday, Sept. 3, via its Facebook page. Here are the arrests listed:
- Desiree Esquilin, 29, of 190 Branford Avenue was charged with breach of peace second degree.
- Craig Maine, 28, of 70 Dell Avenue Apartment B4 New London was charged with criminal trespass first degree and breach of peace second degree.
- Kimberly Stimson, 21, of 144 Branford Avenue was charged with disorderly conduct.
- Jessica Collett, 24, of 144 Branford Avenue was charged with disorderly conduct.
- Amber Encarnacion, 22, of 34 Linden Avenue New London was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding.
- Michael Gregory Phillips, 23, of 1 Crystal Lake Groton was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to have head lamps.
- Sopheina Baxter, 31, of 283 Bridge Street Apartment 1 was charged with disorderly conduct.
- Brendan Luce, 34, of 283 Bridge Street Apartment 1 was charged with disorderly conduct.
- Gary Calverley, 51, of Benham Road was charged with breach of peace second degree and criminal mischief third degree.
