City of Groton police are offering a reward for information on a homicide last year.
GROTON, CT — City of Groton police are offering a reward for information on a homicide last year. Ronald Whitfield Sr. was shot and killed Dec. 12, 2021.
Police are offering a $5,000 reward on information on the crime that leads to an arrest.
Police wrote on Facebook: "The City of Groton Police Department would like to express their deepest sympathy to the Whitfield Family. The City of Groton Police Department would like to remind the public that there is a $5,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for Mr. Whitfield’s murder."
