Groton Police Searching for Man Who 'Grabbed' a Jogger
Groton police say the victim was jogging on a wooded trail when the suspect appeared.

Groton, CT - Police are asking the public for help in finding a man who is accused of inappropriately contacting a woman who was jogging on a wooded trail Saturday morning.
Police said at 8:24 a.m. officers responded to a report of inappropriate contact in town.
The victim said she was walking on the wooded trail near Arrowwood Drive when a white male wearing a dark blue t-shirt and dark blue shorts approached her as she was jogging, police said.

The man grabbed her as she pulled away screaming, police said, and then he took off running.
The man is described as early to mid 20s with light brown hair in a military style cut and standing about 5'10 inches to 5'11 inches tall. He weighs about 150-170 pounds, according to a description the victim provided police.
