Groton Police Seek Man Suspected in Fight Outside Liquor Store

GROTON, CT – On Friday, police responded to a physical altercation outside Oak Tree Liquors on Gold Star Highway.

According to a recent Facebook post by the department, the incident occurred close to 7:30 p.m.

Police said one victim was transported to the hospital for treatment. Before officers arrived, however, the suspect had left the scene.

The suspect is described as a white male, around 50-years old with short white/gray hair. He was allegedly wearing jeans and no shirt.

The man in question was operating an all black Harley Davidson motorcycle, which was last seen traveling northbound on 117. No other description is available.
