Groton Police: Strangulation; Assault on a Public Safety Officer; DUI

Groton police released the following arrest information on Nov. 2.

The City of Groton Police Union released the following information on arrests on Sunday, Nov. 2.

  • Tyrone Stone, 32, of 144 Poquonnock Road was charged with failure to pay or plead, interfering with an officer, failure to have tail lamps, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and possession of less than half ounce of cannabis
  • Keiko Francis, 40, of 39 Belden Avenue New London was charged with criminal violation of a protective order.
  • Bradley Ake, 22, of 42 Alder Lane was charged with assault second, two counts of assault on a public safety officer, interfering with an officer, disorderly conduct, possession of controlled substance and strangulation in the second degree.
  • Kimberly Hnat, 24, of 372 Tyler Avenue was charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Jeffrey Wilkinson, 57, of 1 Atlanta Court was charged with evading.
  • Julio Rostran, 58, of 669 Gardertown Road Newburgh, NY was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, unsafe backing, and improper use of high beams.
  • Brian Morris, 33, of 170 Broadway Apartment 8 Norwich was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
  • Kimberly Hnat, 24, of 372 Tyler Avenue was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order and disorderly conduct.
  • Craig Burke Sr., 56, of 18 Senkow Drive was charged with failure to drive right and operating under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
