Groton Power Outages Continue
There is no estimate on when it will return at this point.
At around 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23, the City of Groton Government posted on Facebook and said:
“Power has been restored to most of our customers. There is a small area near Winding Hollow Road where power has not yet been restored.”
But just before 2 p.m., they posted:
