GROTON, CT — A Groton resident won $25,000 on a scratch-off game Wednesday, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
Shaun Griffin won $25,000 on a $500,000 Extreme Cash ticket that was sold at Groton Mart in Groton on April 3.
