According to the Connecticut Lottery Corporation, a $10,000 prize-winning ticket in the “10X Cash 18th Edition” scratch game was claimed on March 20.
The winning ticket was purchased at the Big Y in Groton. Retailers that sell winning tickets typically receive a bonus from the Lottery.
