Groton Teen Reported Missing, Police Ask For Help

The City of Groton Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a reported missing juvenile.

Olivia Biltcliffe, 15, was reported missing on April 2 and last seen on April 1 at approximately 10:30 PM in Groton City.

Biltcliffe is a white female, approximately 5’ 01” tall, and weighs 130 lbs.

She has long hair that is half black and half blonde. She also has a red butterfly tattoo below her right ear.

Biltcliffe left her residence at an unknown time, in an unknown direction, and with an unknown clothing description.
