Groton Teen Reported Missing; Police Ask For Help
A 16-year-old was reported missing in Groton on Tuesday, according to police.
GROTON, CT — Police are requesting the public's help in finding a missing 16-year-old.
Olivia Biltcliffe was reported missing Tuesday. She is 5 feet, 1 inch tall and weighs 130 pounds. She also has a red butterfly tattoo below her right ear.
