Stephen J. Bennardo, 27, of 16 Skyview Terrace, Groton was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct.

Keith I. Ellis, 37, of 49 Dennison Ave., Groton was charged with second-degree strangulation, second-degree assault, second-degree threatening and breach of peace.

Jan. 2

Bernard Curtin, 56, of 96 Pratt Road, Clinton was charged with first-degree harassment and second-degree threatening.

Steven G. Sheriff Jr., 44, of 286 Branford Ave., Groton was charged with two counts of criminal violation of a protective order.

Jan. 3

Lorenzo A. Malcolm, 25, of 26 W. Coit St., #3 New London was charged with second-degree failure to appear and interfering with an officer.

Danielle M. Smith, 27, of 1053 Poquonnock Road, #10, Groton was charged with interfering with an officer.

Whitney M Phillips, 24, of 6 Birmingham Court, Groton was charged with disorderly conduct.
