Groton Town Police Logs Jan. 13-16

Jan. 13

Emily P. Abel, 22, of 28 Lewiston Court, Groton was charged with second-degree assault.

Paul R. Brainard Jr., 48, of 38 Circle Drive, Stonington was charged with third-degree assault, violating a protective order, second-degree reckless endangerment and breach of peace.

Jan. 14

David J. Potkul, 50, of 69 Capstan Ave., Groton was charged with driving under the influence.

Jan. 15

Jennifer Franklin, 35, of 82 W. Coit St., Apt. 1, New London was charged with second-degree failure to appear and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Raheeim G. General, 29, of 142 Montauk Ave., Apt. 3 New London was charged with conspiracy and second-degree threatening.

Jan. 16

Kareem R. Mavis, 18, of 17 Tacoma Court, Groton was charged with operation of a motor vehicle by a minor with elevated blood alcohol content.
