David W. Johnson, 25, of 103 Truman St., New London was charged with three counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

Tremaine D. Dowdell, 20, of 22 Mopsic St., Norwich was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court, two counts of second-degree failure to appear and two counts of probation violation.

Clyde A. Turnstall, 30, of 6 White Pine Road, Ledyard was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Jan. 18

Michael K Reyes, 29, of 1 Lake St., Ledyard  was charged with driving under the influence.

Charles F. Mattley, 26, of 15A Lamphere Road, Westerly was charged with 9 counts of sixth-degree larceny; embezzlement.

Jamel Payne, 20, of 241 Crystal Ave., #2 New London was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

Kyle T. Connor, 25, of 70 Maple Ave., #2 New London was charged with sixth-degree larceny and possession of marijuana.

Darchand Anderson, 24, of 38 Squire St., #1 New London was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
