Groton: Where Are the Places You Love?

The Community Foundation of Eastern Connecticut is collecting submissions from residents on the places and spaces they love.

The following info is from the Community Foundation of Eastern Connecticut — Tell us about the “Places You Love” in Eastern Connecticut! Submissions due by March 18, 2015.

We are blessed to live in a beautiful, community-minded part of the world! We want to showcase all the places and spaces that make this region so special in our upcoming Annual Report and on our website.

We need your help: In 100 words or less, tell us about the “Places You Love” in eastern CT*. It can be a state or local park or preserve. A regional theater, museum, historic site or other cultural institution. Maybe you value a school, library or youth program site, the soup kitchen or shelter, or your local animal shelter or rescue? Whatever it is, we want to know about it!

If you can, send a photo of your “Place” (must be a high resolution for printing purposes - 1MB or 1,000KB - and in JPEG, TIFF or PDF format).
