NOANK, CT — According to rankings website Niche.com, Noank is the No. 5 best place to live in Connecticut.

Niche.com gives Noank an overall "A+" score, and Noank receives an "A-" for its public schools and an "A+" for being good for families.

Noank received a "C" for diversity, a "B-" for weather, and a "B+" for cost of living and nightlife.

According to Niche.com, the median average home value in Noank is $398,000 and the rent is $950 a month. The median household income in Noank is $147,500.

West Hartford was once again deemed to be the No. 1 place to live in CT for 2023. The Hartford suburb garnered an overall "A+" grade, and copped top marks for its public schools, family friendliness, and the health/fitness of its residents. It was also No. 1 on the list of the best suburbs in the state.
