ID Released In Fatal Groton Motorcycle Crash

The identity of a motorcyclist who died in an accident last week has been released, according to a report.

GROTON, CT — Police have identified the victim in a fatal motorcycle crash. Raymond Nix, 55, of Groton, died in the Friday accident, The Day of New London reported.

Nix was involved in a single-vehicle crash that occurred Friday at 11:30 a.m. on Poquonnock Road.

He suffered serious injuries in the accident and later died at a local hospital.
