Local Mystic Contractor Now Licensed in Four States

MYSTIC, CT – Advanced Improvements, LLC of Historic Downtown Mystic has been working in Connecticut for over a decade now. With the companies continued growth and many trade recognitions, it was only natural that they would want to expand their operations further to the surrounding three states.

David Preka, Owner of Advanced Improvements, is very excited to announce that he is fully licensed, bonded and insured in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and most recently New York. “From all of the positive feedback that I have received in Connecticut and Southern Rhode Island, I am so very pleased to be able to offer my products and services to the people of Massachusetts and New York,” said Preka recently.

Advanced Improvements and its subsidiary, Design to Build, has their headquarters located at 61 West Main Street in Mystic, Connecticut. They have since revitalized a property in Groton City, Connecticut to serve as their new workshop and warehouse. Since the workload has increased in these new territories, Advanced will be opening up a satellite office in Fairfield County in the very future.
