Lost Dog Found After Crossing Bridge In Groton

Police found a lost dog who had made his way across the Gold Star Bridge. The dog eluded officers for several hours.

GROTON, CT — Town of Groton police found a dog Saturday who made his way across the Gold Star Bridge. The dog eluded officers for several hours.

"The dog is now safe and we are trying to locate his owners," police wrote on Facebook. "He is NOT available for adoption at this time. Please share this post to help us find his owners. If you have information, please contact our ACO at 860-441-6709 or message us here on FB."
