Man Armed With Knife Robs Groton Store: Police

Police are seeking to identify a man accused of robbing a store Saturday night.

GROTON, CT — Police are searching for a man accused of robbing a store over the weekend. Groton Tow Police responded to a call Saturday at 7:15 p.m. reporting a robbery at the Henny Penny at 1270 Gold Star Highway,

The suspect entered the business, reportedly brandished a knife, and demanded money. The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of cash before officers arrived.

The suspect fled in a black four-door sedan that a woman was driving.
