Man Charged In Voyeurism Case, Groton Police Say
A man is accused of using a hidden camera to record a victim, according to police.
GROTON, CT -- A Groton man is facing charges after police said he hid a camera in a private room at his home and recorded a victim.
Keith Hitchcock, 68, of Buddington Road, was charged with voyeurism with malice, a felony.
Police said the investigation began in June 2025 when a victim reported finding a GoPro camera under their bed in a private room at Hitchcock's home. The victim was staying at the home at the time of the discovery, Town of Groton police said.

An investigation found that the camera contained digital images of the victim, including at least one in which the victim was nude, according to police.
Hitchcock was released on $100,000 bond and scheduled to appear in New London Superior Court on Monday.
