Mystic Man Charged With Operating A Drug Factory: Police
A Mystic man is facing charges after police raided his home Friday.
GROTON, CT — A man was arrested on drug-dealing charges Friday, according to Groton Town police. Wayne Driscoll, 60, of Flanders Road in Mystic, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, and operating a drug factory.
Police served a search and seizure warrant at a Mystic home Friday following a lengthy investigation into suspicious, drug-related activity at the home. Police seized drugs, drug paraphernalia consistent with operating a drug factory, cash, multiple firearms, and various calibers of ammunition, according to a police statement.
The building inspector found the home uninhabitable.

Driscoll was held on $10,000 bond and arraigned in New London Superior Court.
