He was held on $1 million bond. He is scheduled for arraignment in New London Superior Court on Thursday.
Previously, Landon was charged in April with voyeurism with malice, disseminating voyeuristic material, and injury or risk of injury to, or impairing morals of, children.
As a result of that investigation, police searched a firearm safe belonging to Landon and found two illegal assault weapons, police said in a statement.
