New Office Location to Sign Petition

To all.....more specifically, those of you who have not signed our Petition for the Groton Town Charter changes to be placed on the November 2018 Referendum.......

We now have a temporary storefront centrally located in Groton on Route 1 at 774 Long Hill Road in the Groton Shopping Plaza. This is the Mall with Bank of America at one end, with our storefront at the other end near the E B. office building. It is the only empty storefront in that mall, but may have signs marked "GRTV" and/or "Groton's Right To Vote" in the windows.

We will be operating with petitions at that location beginning Tuesday 1/2/18 through Saturday 1/6/18 from 11am to 3pm, and then 1pm to 3pm on Sunday 1/7/18. The week of Monday 1/8/18 through Friday 1/12/17 we will be operating again from 11am to 3pm.

We feel these efforts to make ourselves directly available to all Groton active eligible voters will be for everyone's benefit. The objective of this petition will be to allow the voters themselves to make a final decision on the proposed changes to Town Charter. We don't feel that 5 people on the Town Council should make that decision for you, as residents and taxpayers just like us.
