Police Arrest Groton Robbery Suspect

The man is accused of robbing a supermarket bank branch last week.

Police have arrested a man who is accused of robbing a bank branch at a Groton supermarket.

Officers charged Timothy Foye , 26, of Groton on Monday for the April 9 robbery at Super Stop and Shop on Route 12, according to NBC Connecticut.

Police found a a vehicle matching the description on Friday.

Foye was charged with second-degree robbery, third-degree larceny and breach of peace.

His bond was set at $200,000.
