Prescription Drug Take Back Day Coming Up In Groton
Police have released details on how residents can dispose of unwanted and expired medications at the upcoming event.
GROTON, CT — The City of Groton Police Department is inviting residents to properly dispose of old and unneeded medications safely and anonymously.
Drug Take Back Day will be April 25 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the City of Groton Municipal Building at 295 Meridian St.
This national initiative provides an opportunity for the public to dispose of expired, or unwanted pharmaceutical drugs and other medications to law enforcement officers for destruction.
