New London Man Charged with Asking Juvenile to Urinate in Cup for $5: Police

NEW LONDON, CT – Police said a man was arrested after asking a juvenile to urinate in a cup for him, Fox 61 reported.

Tiron Houser, 41, allegedly approached a juvenile as he was walking home from school Tuesday afternoon, according to Fox 61. Police said Houser asked the juvenile to pee in a cup for $5, claiming it would be sent away for a mandatory test.

Police searched the area for Houser, who was then identified by the victim, Fox 61 reported. He has been charged with risk of injury to a minor.
