Serious Injury Reported In Groton Car Vs. Motorcycle Crash
A motorcyclist was transported to an area hospital after being seriously injured in a Groton accident, according to police.
GROTON, CT — A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a crash Thursday evening, according to City of Groton police.
Police responded to a report of a motorcycle versus car accident at the intersection of Poquonnock Road and Rainville at 5:30 p.m.
The car was being driven by a 52-year-old woman and the motorcycle by a 33-year-old man.

Police are investigating. No one has been charged in the crash.
