RECENT THEFT OF 2 MOTOR SCOOTERS IN NOANK
As most of you know, I'm taking a break from following local news and acting as Noank's local "Town Crier"....but I heard of an unfortunate incident that apparently occurred this morning (Thursday).
Two Vespa Motor Scooters were stolen from property on High Street in Noank. Keys were in the house, so best guess is that there might have been two people involved so that the scooters could be quickly lifted into a truck or van and then taken away.

Police were apparently notified so anyone with any possible info should contact Groton Town PD directly.
As a general rule for the Groton area, especially during the summer, nothing of value should be left outside people's houses, vehicles should be locked and nothing valuable should be visible through the windows.
