  • Noank-Mystic Community Band Spring Concert Wednesday, April 9, 2025, 7:00 PM at the City of Groton Municipal Building Auditorium, 295 Meridian Street. Enjoy an evening of delightful music under the direction of Jeffrey Spenner. Selections include pieces from "Wicked," "The Wizard of Oz," and "Suite Française." Family-friendly event with free admission and refreshments.
  • The Legacy of Titanic Thursday, April 10, 2025, 6:00 PM at Groton Public Library, 52 Newtown Road. Join author and lecturer Stephen Spignesi for a special presentation marking the 113th anniversary of the Titanic's loss. Attendees will learn about life onboard, details of the ship's discovery, and more.
  • Groton Earth Day 2025 Saturday, April 26, 2025, 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM at Groton Public Library, 52 Newtown Road. Join Avalonia Land Conservancy and numerous vendors for this annual event aimed at educating and inspiring attendees to live more sustainably and take meaningful action against climate change.
  • Eggstravaganza Saturday, April 19, 2025, 10:00 AM on the front lawn of the City Municipal Building, 295 Meridian Street. A family-friendly event featuring an egg hunt and other festive activities.
  • Business Resource Fair Wednesday April 30, 2025, 9:00 AM at Chelsea Groton Bank, 904 Poquonnock Road. The Small Business Association will be joined by entrepreneurial & small business ecosystem providers that can help entrepreneurs start, grow and expand their small businesses.
