The Groton team of the Mystic Little League held its last practice Monday evening at Cutler Middle School before its first official game this Saturday. The team has twelve children, ages 6 to 8, from the Groton area.
“We’re looking forward to a fun season so that the kids enjoy it enough that they want to play again next year,” says Coach Bob Kenney, who has been a coach for Mystic Little League for the past six years.
