Woman Hits School Bus, Charged With DUI In Groton: Report
Police said no children were on the bus at the time of the alleged incident.

GROTON, CT — Police said a woman was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs Monday afternoon after her car allegedly hit the rear of a school bus on Morse Avenue, the New London Day reported. Police said no children were on the bus at the time and no one was injured.
According to the New London Day, police said Samantha Marion Whitcher, 39, of New London was unconscious and unresponsive in the driver's seat of the car when officers responded. Police said they broke the driver's side rear window to open the locked car.
