2 New Stop Signs Installed In Guilford: Police

New stop signs were recently added at an intersection in town.

GUILFORD, CT — Two new stop signs have been installed at the three-way intersection of North Street and State Street in Guilford, according to the Guilford Police Department.

Police said the new signs are for the north an south directions on State Street.

"They have a solar feature that lights up the sign to alert traffic as we know sometimes old habits die hard and new habits take repetition," police said on Facebook.
